Pure clay here. While there’s a hint more barrel there’s also a wonderful perfume of fine, airy citrus. Lots of CO2 – wow structure – the style of the wine is more Bâtard than Chevalier despite this energy. Massive finish. You would lose this in a blind lineup of Puligny 1ers, maybe grands crus too!
