Jules Desjourneys Moulin a Vent 'Les Michelons' 2013

On the nose, almond, cherry stone and flint, mineral-peppery notes and a hint of thyme. On the palate, the wine is balanced and poised, the fine-grained and initially mellow tannins coat the palate homogeneously, aromatically and persistently. The supple base supports and integrates all of the components, giving a harmonious, complete wine that combines minerality with richness.
