Jane Eyre Cote de Nuits Villages 2023

Light floral notes of violet on the nose behind a veil of red cherries and red plums. 50% whole bunch and 10% new oak adds another layer of complexity and I picked up some dark cherries on the palate. Soft and dusty tannin wonderfully frames the fruit.  Cameron Roebuck, FWC.

Garnet in colour with a wonderfully aromatic nose consisting of bright fruit with hints of spice. The palate has loads of red summer fruit coupled with spice and cedar notes coming from the new barrel and finishing with fine tannins. This wine always over delivers. Enjoy now until 2035. Jane Eyre.
