Aori 'Sandalos' Kotsifali 2023

From a single, ungrafted parcel at 830m absl planted 1943. Amilios has been farming Sandalos for several years now always with the view that this would become ‘the’ Cru wine of Aori. 2023 is the first vintage he’s released it as a single vineyard, this is a significantly more detailed and tense rendition of Kotsifali, with a layered, brooding complexity reminiscent of great whole bunch Pinot Noir.
