The Poderi Aldo Conterno Conca Tre Pile Barbera d'Alba 2021 is a stunning example of a classic Piedmontese red. With a deep garnet colour, this wine immediately entices the senses with its intense aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and cherries, complemented by hints of tobacco and spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, with velvety tannins and a refreshing acidity that balances out the fruitiness. The 2021 vintage has produced a particularly vibrant and expressive Barbera, it’s an outstanding vintage in Piedmont. This wine can be enjoyed now but will also age beautifully over the next 5-7 years, further enhancing its complexity and depth.
