All Yarra Valley fruit here made up of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Pinot Gris. It's slurpy and succulent with squashed blood orange and pomegranite flavours. There's a bit of textural grip and an entirely clean fruit profile. A fun wine. - Ches Cook, Five Way Cellars.
