Pieropan EV Olive Oil 2025

Pieropan's Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from estate owned olive trees in Soave and Cellore di Illasi in Valpolicella. The oil is obtained mostly from Grignano and Leccio varieties with small amounts of Leccino, Frantoio and Casaliva and is milled locally. Emerald green with golden reflections, there are notes of crisp apple, almond, freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs, the palate persistent with slight spiciness. This is an oil that is delicious over fish, vegetables and salad. Importer notes.
