Sitting ‘above’ their Langhe Nebbiolo in hierarchy, the fruit is from Scaparoni & Roddi, it rests in large old neutral oak for 12 months. Production is also substantially less than the Langhe – to that end we are allocated approximately ¼ of the bottles that we receive of the Langhe Nebbiolo.
