A new find for us. Inzolia is one of the most important and ancient indigenous white grapes of Sicily. Here the fruit is simply fermented cool and left on lees for four months. Fresh with citrus, pear, floral lift, some minerality and a touch of nutty almond complexity. Great value everyday drinking. ? FWC.
