Robert Weil Rheingau Riesling Trocken 2021

2021 already seems to be another fantastic vintage in the Rheingau, and particularly at Robert Weil. This is simply such a pleasurable wine to drink. Vibrant, alive and humming with energy. There is some richness here, a few grams of residual sugar i'd say, but a really crunch to the acid, a bit like biting into a perfectly ripe granny smith apple. - Ches Cook, FWC
