Mineral, fresh, concentrated and complex in the nose and on the palate without losing finesse and straightness. The fine exotic fruit, reminiscent of mirabelle plums, papaya and apricot nectar, is accompanied by juicy quince, flowers and a cool ethereal touch. The interplay of complexity, extract and a lively interplay of sweetness and acidity show the great potential of this selection from the Juffer Sonnenuhr.
