Francois Millet - A Delicate Touch

We have the pleasure of offering you the 2020 vintage from Francois Millet et Fils. Francois was in Australia in May (2023) and I was lucky to join him for lunch over these wines. A man obsessed with the micro-terroirs of Burgundy, he has created wines with distinctive personality and lightness of touch. Allen Meadows is on the money with his assessment that they’re wines of ‘purity of expression and finesse.’ We have a small amount available currently.
