Exposure: South/ Southeast Soil: Granitic Vineyard Age: 20 years Vineyard Area: 2.2 ha
Winemaking: 300-litre oak cask fermented at 20-23°C, matured for 10-12 months in a mix of new oak (about 25-30%), some 1-2 year old 300-litre oak casks (70-75%), malo completed, 9,000 to 11,000 bts made each year. Kieselguhr filtration. Importer’s note.
