Note: from <5% Vaillons proper with the remainder from Ronci?res, M?linots and Ch?tains. A cool, pure and citrus-tinged nose speaks of oyster shell, iodine and discreet green apple nuances. There is a fine sense of energy to the crisp, minerally and racy flavors that deliver solid length on the bone dry finish that already displays very good complexity.
