Fantastic purity and precision here. 100% Chardonnay with white florals and citrus tones on the nose which continue onto the palate with lemon sherbet, lemon sorbet and clean citric freshness. The flavour intensity is well maintained throughout the length of the wine and natural acid keeps it clean and long. It’s rare to find premier cru blanc de blancs of this quality at a price close to this, so we think we’re on a real winner. – FWC.
