Paul Pillot Bourgogne Aligote 2022

Pillot's Aligote is drawn from 1.5 hectares of estate-owned vines in Chassagne and the nearby Cote Chalonnaise. The grapes were crushed and pressed for spontaneous fermentation. This cuvee aged on its lees (with no stirring) in stainless-steel tanks and older oak barrels. Burgundy's top growers continue to show us what the Aligote grape is capable of in the right hands.
