My favourite wine of the night. 20% whole bunch. Lovely perfumed red fruit with red cherry the most evident. Delicious, dry and savoury. Great structure with fine elongated spice and fine tannin. From other producers this is along lived wine – goes on and on – greatest length and finesse of all the wines. Ian Cook, FWC.
