Biodynamic

Carbonically macerated 80 year old vines of Carignan, Cinsault and Aramon.  The oldest vines in the region.

The estate was created in 1982, and although it was very much avant-garde in its farming straightaway (biodynamic since 1985).  Located in the town of Vacquieres in the northern end of the Languedoc. The soil is a mix of brown earth and small angular stones of Jurassic limestone from the slow erosion of the surrounding cliffs.
