From an amazing part of Savoie in a pocket where this producer has been a part of a revitalisation of viticulture and winemaking through the lens of organic farming and gentle winemaking. Ardoisiéres’ parcels of fruit are farmed on specific soil profiles and bottled as such, but this is a blend of various plots, mostly using the local variety Jacquere, with some other bits and pieces in the mix.
