Very ripe aromas include those of black raspberry liqueur, spice and pretty violet scents. The more refined but not especially dense medium weight flavors also exude evident minerality on the dusty if slightly drying and short finale. This may come together but it's somewhat awkward today. 86-89 points, drink 2030+, Allen Meadows, Burghound.
