Chantemerle Chablis 1er Cru 'Fourchaume' 2023

Whilst the AC is fantastic, this is definitely a step up. More intensity, more concentration yet retains the zip and verve we love in Chablis. Flavours of salted crusted lemon, white grapefruit and white stone fruit show an extra dimension of fruit. It's so seamless in its balance of weight and acid, so whilst complexity is clearly here the drinkability is so high that the bottle will be finished before you get a chance to assess it.
