Agnes & Didier Dauvissat Petit Chablis 2023

A new arrival to us at the value end of the Chablis market. First impressions take you straight to Chablis, which i think is important. It's got a sea spray character that compliments a light and vibrant palate which has some generosity of fruit due to the warmer vintage. The acid is only moderate here with slightly rounded edges and flavours of green apple and green melon. - Ches Cook, Five Way Cellars.
