Chiara Boschis, under her E.Pira & Figli label, has been a favourite here for some years now, so a visit to the cellars in Barolo earlier this year was eagerly anticipated. Chiara was her normal effervescent self with the whole Cook family signing up for this tasting. She is such a breath of fresh air and her wines speak very highly of her commitment to her craft.
