Stonegarden Shiraz 2021
Ben Radford, long time Rockford winemaker, has new project using fruit from the Eden Valley's historic Stonegarden vineyard. 1858 planted shiraz.
Fantastic nose - so beguiling. Mulberry, blueberry, cherry is perfectly interwoven with baking spices and a floral lift. It's youthful, with succulent fruit that's speaks of Eden beautifully. Rich yet lovely brightness to fruit. Tannins ripe and coating, everything is in it's place though it will age magnifcently. Excellent. Jeremy Muller, FWC.
