The 2021 Barossa & Eden Valleys Shiraz has sweet fruit and dark spice, roasted meat crust and pastrami, blackberry and pomegranate ... there is loads going on. It's elegant and yet muscular, and it manages to traverse the freshness and density, power and spice of both vineyards. Absolutely yes. This is a great iteration of this wine.
