Mount Trio Pinot Noir 2023

COLOUR - Light-medium depth of a scarlet red.

AROMA - Lovely berry fruit aromas; eg raspberry and cherry fruit character with a hint of cloves. There is a slight dusty earthiness from a few months in oak which adds complexity.

PALATE - This is an attractive, medium bodied Pinot with particularly good texture and mouth feel. It shows attractive fruit flavours of pomegranate, raspberry with a hint of smoky cherry. These vibrant fruit flavours are then elegantly balanced by the gently drying, slightly chewy tannins and with the light acidity. Give?s the wine its good palate length and nice dry finish.
