Savoury, long, dry through the finish in the best of ways, structural more than it is fruit-forward. This is a pitch-perfect Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir, high in savouriness and leaf matter characters but carrying enough strawberry-red cherry fruit to make it feel juicy.
