5% new oak. Like the Robinson Chardonnay it has that very appealing reduction on the nose but more opulence in the middle palate with white nectarine clearly defined. I found it still quite shy and restrained but has all the elements to indicate where it’s going with a few years bottle age it will unfurl itself beautifully. Cameron Roebuck, FWC.
