57/35/8% pinot noir/chardonnay/pinot meunier. This is the seventh release of this wine with 85% from the '22 vintage; disgorged August 2024. Tank and older oak is employed for maturation. Very savoury and distinct with its hazelnut, honey nut Cornflake characters, ginger, and then green apple, vanilla and lime. Creamy texture, creamy sweetness with a saline, briny finish appealing as a counterbalance. A foamy stream of bubbles lends depth. It's a potent sparkling wine of great character and ease of drinking. 93 points, Mike Bennie, Halliday Wine Companion.
