Chatto 'Franklini' Pinot Noir 2023

Franklini is sourced from the Huon in Southern Tasmania. It certainly shares some traits with the Lutruwita wine, perhaps showing a slightly darker fruit profile. But the spice is there, as is the fresh line of acid running through it. The dark plum and black cherry contribute to what comes across as a slightly more powerful Pinot, again comparing it to the previous wine. – Ches Cook, FWC.
