Ned Goodwin MW put it well when he said “the wines hit an apogee of complexity at eight years. You should start dabbling at five, exploring at eight and ramming it home at fifteen!” The Premium Pinot steps it up a notch in terms of expanse, mouthfeel and presence. Flavours follow a similar path to the Estate Pinot, with the interplay of forest floor, root vegetable and damp earth flavours mixing it nicely amongst the concentration of fruit.
