Mothers Day at Home

Don't let a lockdown get in the way of a good drink. Last year for Mothers Day, the family went out for lunch and spent quite a bit. This year, the boys came over to home for breakfast, stayed for lunch and then stayed for dinner (takeaway pizzas by that stage). They also raided the cellar while i was at work for most of the day! Luckily, they save me a taste of most things they opened, and then opened a few more things to serve to me blind. The highlight was a 2010 Felsina 'Rancia' Chianti Classico Riserva, followed by a 2005 Antinori 'Tignanello'. Now i just have some gaps tyo fill in the cellar! A great result really!
