Note: from <5% Vaillons proper with the remainder from Roncières, Mélinots and Châtains. A cool, pure and citrus-tinged nose speaks of oyster shell, iodine and discreet green apple nuances. There is a fine sense of energy to the crisp, minerally and racy flavors that deliver solid length on the bone dry finish that already displays very good complexity. Lovely stuff and worth checking out. Drink: 2025+. 90-92 points, Burghound Issue: 76, 10 Oct 2019.
