Wickhams Road Gippsland Pinot Noir 2020

Again, this year I fancy the Gippsland over the Yarra. Strawberry, spice, light perfume. It’s light-bodied, all the strawberry juice and subtle autumnal/smoky tones, fine dusting of emery tannin, some pepper on spice on a cool finish of good length. Likely to build a bit more complexity with time in bottle. Good release. Pretty. Drink 2021-2025. 91 points. Gary Walsh, Wine Front
