No region in the world exemplifies the concept of ‘terroir’ better than Burgundy. Here we will discuss why these wines are so special and learn what hallmarks to look for when tasting Burgundy.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe will study the Cote d’Or primarily, looking at why typifies the wines of villages such as Chambolle Musigny, Chassagne Montrachet, Gevrey Chambertin and Meursault.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA speicfic lineup can be discussed directly with our staff to ensure you are tasting wines from producers that are of most interest to you. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWithin this package, you will try 8 wines, usually in bracket of two. There will be cheese and bread served and the tasting will go for 1.5 hours. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAs for a date, this is up to you to discuss with our staff. Please email the store and we can provide a list of options. Generally a week night works best, typically from 6.30-8pm.
