Wallis, like in its Chardonnay counterpart, provides drinkers with hints of generosity and a perhaps a touch more ripeness when compared to Judd. It’s a touch softer and rounder, but provides so much immediate pleasure that it will be hard to keep your hands off. It’s red-fruited and reasonably plush but the depth of fruit suggests it will have no problem going for a decade or so in the cellar. - Ches Cook, FWC.
