Ten Minutes By Tractor 'Judd' Chardonnay 2016

Museum release here- in a fantastic spot. Clearly some development, with layers of nut; think macadamia and cashew, and throw in some nougat. The harmony of weight and acid in the mouth is beautifully expressed. Underlying tension from the acid supports pockets of fig and white stone fruit as well as the coating of savoury elements, leaving you with a prolonged finish. It's elegant and pure and the finish goes on for just about ever. Or so it seems. This does everything it can not to smack you between the eyes but it still leaves you dazed by the finish. Grapefruit, figs, flint, cashews and cream. Wonderful wine, with a future. Drink to 2025. 96 Points. Campbell Mattinson, Halliday's Wine Companion (Aug 2018).
