Whole bunch pressed and cool-fermented in 50 % stainless steel and 50 % barrique, then matured for 6 months on fine lees with batonnage to build texture. Review for 2024, none yet for 2025: ‘… blossoms nicely to offer up scents of lemon, fresh pineapple, a nice foundation of soil, white flowers and a topnote of lime peel.
