Vinification and maturation are in stainless steel and the wine shows floral and lemon notes with mineral and chalk, the crisp palate is refreshing and layered with texture. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e..After gentle pressing, the wine ages in steel and rests in the bottle for 12 months.
