Pazo Cilleiro Albarino 2021

From the heart of the Rias Baixas in Galicia, Spain. This is where the best Albarino in the world comes from ! Firstly, it's quite delicious - as it should be  -this is a wine to drink with gusto with light fresh seafood dishes and other salty snacks - like almonds, smoked meats,  sundried capscium.... I know- I had a bottle over the weekend with all of the above plus oysters. (March 2021) White peach, citrus, pear plus an almond twang. Super fresh with a wonderful long slightly tannic finish. Really works well and drinks way above it's place in the wine world.
