The wines of Moreau-Naudet continue to impress. I have had numerous bottles of this wine throughout the course of the year and I love it. It is rocky, mineral, taut and long – all characteristics that sit before the primary fruit that is on offer. It has plenty of acid, balanced by salt-crusted white necatine and succulent lime. It’s all oyster shell and salt water – really unlike any Chardonnay you can get in Australia. High quality Chablis from a producer whose profile continues to rise. – Ches Cook, FWC.
