Moorooduc Pinot Gris on Skins 2019
Kate McIntyre sees this as a red wine. Most of us will see it as a rose. Wild yeast, with red apple skins, pomegranate. It’s firm, dry and savoury with much more weight than the colour suggests. Made in the same way as a pinot noir, it is one of the most impressive 'orange wines' I have tasted. – Ian Cook, FWC.
