Trained as a mathematician and chemist, he left the world of science to pursue a clear vision of nature, in which humans, animals and plants live in harmony with the cosmos, according to the principles of Steiner and Fukuoka. Today, the estate is a great example of a diversified farm, spanning 24.5 hectares, of which 5 hectares are vineyards, 1.5 hectares are olive groves, 7 hectares are agricultural land and pasture, and 11 hectares are forest.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn 2008, Fabrizio and his wife moved to a higher-altitude site to found Aia Vecchia.
