Customers will be glad to have this back on the shelf, with the two month gap between vintages really leaving some people in despair. The 2021 release of this wine offers up soft raspberry, dehydrated strawberry and really beautiful aromatics. The secnd half of the wine sees the palate tighten up and provide some chalky/lightly tannic grip amongst lively vains of acid. It's light in body and loves a half-chill on the warmer days of summer and autumn. - Ches Cook, FWC.
