Exciting new Aussie Riesling. In fact, we tried the 2018 release last year, loved it, but simply didn’t have room for it. This year, we have made sure to make space. This has that electric acid line to it that is nervy and taut. But alongside it is plenty of fleshy primary fruit that shows lime leaf and white peach, green apple and hints of softness gained from some lees work. It’s long and building, gradually climbing to a zingy and energetic finish. – Ches Cook, FWC.
This is straight up delicious. Marries citrus and green apple with minerally things and light herbal detail, feels cool and restrained but pretty too. Fresh and vibrant, a gloss to texture then a crispness and chalky pucker to finish, mouth-watering too. A delicate riesling expression done so very well. 94 Points. Mike Bennie, The Wine Front.
