The vines’ 105 year-old age means they are low-yielding, producing superb fruit concentration and flavour. 100% hand-picked, the fruit was naturally fermented in an open top fermenter for 22 days with only hand and foot plunging.\u003cbr\u003eThe wine was matured in large French oak puncheons for 18 months before being blended and bottled without fining or filtrations.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eTasting Note:\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eDeep and brooding black, purple and blue fruits with layers of complexity and concentration. A multitude of mouth filling flavours pulled in line with fine integrated oak and tannins.
