KT 'Peglidis' Riesling 2021

Hand-picked fruit from the Peglidis vineyard; left on gross lees for 14 days prior to racking and then fine lees for 3 weeks prior to inoculation in stainless steel. Austere on the nose, like tumbled river stones, shale and citrus pith. On the palate, the wine is lingering and willowy, shaped by chalky phenolics. This has real flow and rhythm; the length of flavour tells us all we need to know about its ability to age.
