Going back through records, this appears to be the fastest to market release of this wine, or at least samples to us at me/WineFront. It feels skittish and unsettled, tense with that pure, delicious acidity but it pokes out of the main frame of the wine, and aromatic yeast characters are abundant and not quite settled into the citrus and green apple deliciousness of the wine. That yeastiness manifests in stickiness in the palate too, though the finish is bell ring clear and fresh. It opens up after an hour or two better, I would say additionally. There is charm here, vitality, and a good deal of ‘Julius quality’, just a bit muted and jumbled in this youthful release here, be it earlier than usual or not. Drink 2021-2030+. 90+ Points.
