Gentle Folk Clouds Riesling 2020

100% Riesling from Scary Gully in Forest Range. This is the highest block in the vineyard sitting at 620m and is usually covered in clouds in the morning, hence the name. Whole bunch pressed, fermented and settled in tank before being put into barrel where we did not top them for a few months to incorporate some oxidative characters. Bottled without fining or filtration.
