Planted in 2000 to sandy granite with a SW face at 760m , this is one of the latest ripening spots on the island. Sa’ Lahana means ‘the border’, referring to the extreme limit of the growing zone. After 10 days spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days, the wine matures for 12 months in used oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered.
